Practical frequency reduction when not fully loaded
Under full load it heats up quite a bit even with a large almost kilowatt passive cooler + fan. But according to the Cpu Momitor, it won't get over 70. Maybe - then the board can set a mode to it, in how many stages it should react, so it could definitely be optimized. I'm talking about the default settings.
