Hello, thank you for your review. We're sorry you're having trouble with your headphones. In this case, we recommend you try resetting your headphones:
1. On your phone, remove the Intezze Core headset from the list of paired Bluetooth devices and turn off Bluetooth.
2. Switch on both handsets and in pairing mode, press the button on the left or right handset 5 times quickly.
3. You can turn on the Bluetooth function and you can pair them with your phone again.
