easily portable (work with cable + attached case)
touch control works perfectly
I have been using it for one and a half years and it is still OK (almost daily carrying, packing, switching on/off. )
it understands very well with MS Lync (receiving/ending calls and microphone mute via buttons, but to call the selected contact you need to use the mouse/center)
I have a speaker off button error
receiving/ending calls via Skype and MS Communicator is not possible with buttons (although at least Skype should be fully supported according to the manual)
