For the money, a total but total bomb. I've tried everything and regularly keep up with the times when it comes to bluetooth speakers and devices. I am a long time owner of Marshall speakers, but this has absolutely no competition for the money.
The 3D sound is top effekt, I don't understand how it works, my macbook has the same. You just hear the sound around you
Basses are wonderfully resonant and pleasant
Ignoring max power, for normal listening at home the sound is comparable to marshall acton, which is 5x more expensive. But Acton can do a disco at a garden party. Lamax is more for the room.
design - it charms already on the photo but in real life it will impress you: D
stereo sound with another Storm
If you want to put on your bedtime music in the evening and turn on Storm, not only will you immediately wake up your heavily sleepy kids at home, but you'll wake up the neighbours too: D It's just that the intro when you turn it on is super fancy, but loud enough to make me shit myself: D I don't know if there's any way to adjust it yet
quite complicated to operate. Too many features, but at least for my taste. Like running siri on the on/off button is just extreme: D

Precision hardware design
Solid sound
Horrible and unnecessary sounds when switched on, but especially horrible and unnecessary sound when switched off, even with the automatic one, so it reliably wakes up everyone in the vicinity. So, if you listen to podcasts/stories before bedtime or ambient with a timer, forget about this piece, because sleep is guaranteed to be bad.
