The main thing that bothers me about the product is that I haven't bought it before. This is a total blast! I have my windows washed in a fraction of the time I would spend on a normal cleaning and subsequent polishing. It leaves no streaks and the windows just shine. On one charge I washed the windows in all 5 rooms including the glazed loggia, so unless you live in a fishbowl, there shouldn't be a problem with durability. The only problem I had was the length of the pole, as I am of a petite build and with taller windows I had trouble reaching up with the mop. So I will buy a telescopic pole, then at least it will not be necessary to constantly switch between the mop and the cleaner.
