For the first time, I paid extra and bought a mechanical keyboard, and I' m satisfied. At the beginning I had a problem getting used to the layout of the keys, because there are also G1-G5 keys on the left side, but it didn' t take long and I don' t even notice them and the hands are right again, on the contrary I' m happy for those keys.it is possible to buy a smaller version of the keyboard that does not have a NUM keyboard and the keys on the left. I see the disadvantage more in the Czech localization, for which it has to pay quite a bit, but if you manage to type all ten, you won' t mind at all that the keyboard has a US localization, I just swapped the Z and Y keys visually and I never had a problem when writing. The LED backlight is beautifully bright, but at the same time it does not strike the eye. The setting options in the G hub are great and it is possible to really win a lot with the keyboard settings. I have only now used the multimedia keys very often (I have never used them on previous keyboards), they are pretty handy, either by hand on the mouse or from the num keyboard, they are also pleasant to press (They sometimes act like sensitivities, like touch screens) even the volume control wheel is nice, I don' t even mind that it' s smooth and doesn' t have any style of striking. I can recommend the keyboard for me, but I would rather watch the price. I was lucky and picked it up for about 2500 CZK and that is already an acceptable price for this keyboard.
Quality of workmanship
Quality backlight that shines really nicely and brightly
Setting options in the G-Hub
USB directly from the keyboard
Silence
Multimedia keys
Programmable keys
It is necessary to get used to the G1-G5 keys on the left side from the beginning, but nothing terrible
For a long time I used a mechanical keyboard with a clicker. But because of the noise, I had to switch to this one (my girlfriend kept grumbling). And it's relatively quiet, but that's about the only significant plus. Otherwise, it's boring to type on, the switches feel cheap, the macro keys are rather obstructive (but it's probably a matter of habit) and in general I don't feel like I'm getting anything extra for my money. Only the base, which is made of metal, has value. But everything else is cheap (flashy) flashing plastic. I'm lazy to return the keyboard, but I suggest you try something else.
Backlight
Quiet
Programmable keys
Keys to control multimedia
Expensive - feeling price about 2 thousand CZK
I often accidentally press the macro keys
I don't see the added value of a mechanical keyboard: acts as a membrane
Subjective, but it seems unnecessarily large to me. Keyboard shortcuts sometimes give me trouble.
Today we noticed that some of the keys have stopped glowing blue (the other colors are glowing). I just found out that my warranty expired a month ago, so it lasts exactly two years.
Otherwise, I'm happy with the keyboard. I use it for programming and it is easy to write on.
