the sound is beautifully clear
I have to turn the subwoofer down: )
with optical cable it got completely different sound dimensions = necessity
the speakers handle the added highs on the equalizer beautifully, it is necessary to adjust it and you get a class better sound
The speakers are more for electronic style of music which they give perfectly
at higher volumes the subwoofer distorts the bass, this is felt especially in rock and metal songs (but if you turn down the subwoofer it can be done)

They're playing great so far
They have 2 optical inputs unlike the z-5500
Speakers go on the wall with brackets only, unlike its predecessor z-5500

Performance, appearance, control
They are not ideal for music, however, e.g. for games absolutely great!
