By all accounts a good quality, quick and convenient full meal replacement when you're short on time and don't want to fill up on anything.
Taste, of course it's very subjective and 100 people 100 tastes, but I don't really like it, I can drink it, but I'm not really looking forward to Manu.

Compared to previous versions of Mana (5 and 6), this is an incredible step backwards. The taste is a bit worse, but this can be individual. Worse is the consistency, right after loading the powder is moist and clumps, unless you run it through a blender, so there remain disgusting, annoying lumps. It's really a shame, because I used to really look forward to eating manna, now I stuff it in myself when I don't have the opportunity to prepare food.

It is bought as a gift, so I positively evaluate the speed of delivery, but I can not evaluate the product itself.
