First complaint about sound dropping out when making a call settled for a new device. Second phone second claim for the same thing. The repair shop didn't find the defect, so they want to return it to me without repair or replacement. They have a problem with the phone and prefer to reject the claim.

Apart from the problem calls it was a great phone, unfortunately the problem with calls was fundamental
The first model I reclaimed, the second had the same defect, obviously this advice failed.
After a while the steering/wheel side dropped out and while it could hear me, I couldn't hear the other side. Obviously low quality component
