A lot of people write about the taste, what a mess it is - for me it's perfectly ok, both with water and with milk, with which it tastes almost like granko, only less sweet. If a man wants a delicious cocktail to enjoy, let him go to the bar, this is the protein. The big positive for me is the price. Most proteins in this weight range cost about twice as much. The ingredients are great too, low in carbs and fat, so good for weight loss. It doesn't make me feel heavy, no digestive problems, but it's so filling that I don't feel like eating for at least an hour after drinking it. Compared to the Nutrend protein I tried before, I was pleasantly surprised by the solubility. It dissolves quickly when stirred and leaves very few lumps on the container. Sometimes a little foam forms on the surface, but it is enough to stir with a spoon and the problem is solved, no tragedy. I have a few regrets, though: The dosage is 30g, i.e. according to the instructions 1 and 1/4 of the attached dispenser. I don't understand why they don't make a dispenser that takes the full dose straight away, because dealing with the remaining quarter is a hassle. Although it dissolves well, the dosage is a bit of hell not only because of the measuring cup. The protein in the packet is glued into big lumps like icing sugar, so you have to sift and smooth it before you pick it up. On behalf of myself, I recommend it! I will definitely buy again and try different flavors this time.
