Video quality, ease of use, IOS app. Facial recognition works pretty well. Particularly with the privacy recording setting it met my expectations of a device that would not be an Orwellian device but a reasonable watchdog. It does not record recognized faces, according to your settings in the phone app.
Maybe a higher price. I have a problem connecting my device via cable through the Devolo internet distributed throughout the house. For me, it only works over Wi-Fi, but that doesn't matter so much. I'm planning on getting a second one. It's necessary to have a Smartphone, tablet or laptop for full use, but perhaps that's not a big surprise.

It's a functional thing.
I was expecting better image resolution.
Not to mention the quality of the IR.
I would do a bigger thing with a proper camera, it doesn't matter if my house is 12 cm or 20 cm and my wife is the type who prefers 20 cm: -)
