Used as a fan replacement in Keysight oscilloscope. The fan itself is pretty quiet. But it has more air flow than the original one so now the air passing through the body of the oscilloscope is humming: D
quiet operation
in the package material for fixing with screws or rubber feet
The packaging is ornate and adds to the feeling of buying a "high end" product. However, I would welcome a version without all the unnecessary cables and jumpers at a cheaper price.
After assembly, I was left with a lot of extra cables that I don't know whether to throw away or store for very little chance of later use. Such an eco dilemma.

Absolutely silent
Accessories
A lot of people will say price, but such a fan often protects a much more expensive item.

Very quiet and efficient at the same time. It was sitting on the CPU passive on the server board, where I could remove the original whiny fan. Supplied cabling, premium packaging.
I don't know of any. Maybe just the price, but it's just premium stuff.
