the hearing aid can really be amplified a lot (suitable for less hearing people)

it is probably not possible to set custom functions for left and right push. under the display
the microphone could be placed on the underside to avoid overlapping fingers
when switching to "loud mode", the sound is reproduced by the earpiece - no additional speaker

Bought as a mobile phone for calling and texting for a hearing impaired senior and in this category it stood up better than some other more expensive "senior" mobile phones.
For the money, it offers a great price/performance ratio
High quality plastic construction - the mobile is very light
Loud enough speaker for a hearing impaired senior citizen
The materials used are good despite the low price, in short, still good old Nokia
Edgy design, the mobile gives a relatively more expensive - more luxurious impression even in its price category of ultra-cheap devices.

Display could be larger and more readable in sunlight
I would welcome a greater ability to customize the menu and disable certain keyboard shortcuts ( e.g. switching off radio start with key)
For clarity, I miss the colorful button for answering and hanging up calls.

Small buttons. Problems controlling the directional buttons.
The inside of the phone rattles when you move, as if the internal components are not firmly assembled.
The top right button is set to start the radio and cannot be reconfigured.
