I had the OP1, which I was very excited about. Then OP5, which was even better. Then the OP8Pro, which was in some ways a step backwards and now after two months with the OP11 I could not stand it and after 9 years I am going back to Samsung.

significantly worse camera than previous OP models. Already under normal internal light practically unusable.
OxygenOS in this version is not able to work properly with HW, several times a day the buttons for controlling the system get stuck (you can't go back even to the home screen), it is not polled for a given HW.
Absurdly resolved notifications in the new OxygenOS. If you want to use a fingerprint to open a notification from a locked screen, the code will run first (it must be six digits) and only after dragging in a piece of the screen can the fingerprint run (but it doesn't have to, it's different for different apps). It's not that it locks up from time to time and asks for a code, but that every time you open a notification, e.g. from Whatsapp it has to go through a code, not a fingerprint. If you use your phone often, you want to get it wet after a week.

I switched from 8pro and regret to say that 11 is a few steps back! I pride myself on visual comfort, and being impressed with the 8pro version, I experienced severe disappointment. The highlight is the deceptive display setting at 120Hz. This mobile doesn't need such a powerful processor and it would fit the price tag of around 7000Kč.

As for the disadvantages, so already many times mentioned missing wireless charging and IP68,,,, but since I am a user who somehow does not miss the wireless at all and the only time I charged wirelessly, so overnight and since tedkon superfast wire 100W so wireless do not worry, I do not care: -) AND IP68? I don't go swimming with my phone, so I don't care either.
The only thing I would point out as a real disadvantage is the price! The difference between the Global version and the CN version is so marked that it's not even healthy! so if the price is reduced by about 3-4K, then the jump between Global and CN would not be so high and the price would be great.
My last device about less than 3 years Oneplus 8 Pro and therefore I was looking for a replacement both Oneplus and some other brands like Xiaomi, Vivo or Oppo. In the end, I chose Oneplus again and specifically Oneplus 11 and I am maximally satisfied for personal use. Everything the phone has suits me to the maximum. OS speed and responsiveness, super display with accurate fast and definitely quality fingerprint reader. The Snapdragon 8gen2 chipset probably can't be praised, but compared to my old Snap 865 it will probably be a bit faster again: -)
Otherwise, as far as 100W charging goes, it's a total blast. Like having a 5000 mAh battery in your phone and charging it in about 20-25 minutes is just a "sometimes" thing, that really helps you when you're in a hurry and your phone is almost dead. As for optimization, that's the other. Having a fast charge doesn't mean having a long battery life, but Oneplus has done it really well this time. And the reviews I've read really don't lie. If you make some optimized settings, the phone is really able to handle even 2 moderately demanding days of operation.
As far as the camera is concerned, I am not a photoprofessional and therefore I probably won't dare to evaluate it any more. Perhaps only as an amateur photo user I can say that compared to the Oneplus 8 Pro there is certainly some shift and certainly not small, so for me super photo and I can not complain. And for those who want more detailed info, the Oneplus 11 photo reviews are all over the internet: -)
So if I had to summarize. I would probably buy the phone again and as a vice-year user of Oneplus, I certainly don't regret the purchase.

Upgrade from OnePlus 8 pro. For some reason I don't understand. phone runs at 120hz BUT YouTube and Gallery (maybe others) run at 60hz when op8pro doesn't. Solved by an app that forces the phone to run at 120hz in all apps. I hope the update fixes that.
Otherwise, I don't take IP 64 and wireless charging as a minus. I don't go swimming with my phone and the wired charge only takes 15-20 minutes which is a huge + for me. This eliminates overnight charging. Tonight I'll get bugged, have a meal, and I'm 100%. The cameras are great, too. In short, it's a great device where there are not a lot of apps installed that can't be deleted. which is not the case with Samsung.
A phone that can stay charged all day long even with more demanding uses. The charging speed and brilliant performance makes it an amazing phone for the next X years.
