Really easy to wear - you can hardly feel it and it doesn't squeeze
Very simple and quick conversion to between both ears
The 3 microphones provide good sound when I take the handset outdoors or in busy environments wind etc.
The voice control is also good - especially picking up the phone, I wasn't very good at hanging up.
Perhaps only that it has a special magnetic connector, so another cable for charging.
Magnetic connector is a positive though, for quick picking up the phone - use the handset when it is charging and connected by cable
