Quality games right from the start (Demons souls, Astro Bot, Spider-man)
Big dose of innovation (Haptics, adaptive triggers, official cues, activity cards, Tempest audio, built-in microphone)
Comfortable controller with more endurance
Luxurious looking menu (4K+hdr)
The design of the console looks better than the picture (I didn't like it when it was announced, now I appreciate the look)
A look at the "timetable" of the first year 2021: Ratchet, Returnal, GT7, Kena, Horizon, GOW 2, Project Athia.
A big load of the best PS4 games on PS plus "free"
Birth pangs (Once my game froze, once my patch for the game wouldn't download. both resolved)
I miss the "whats new" tab
Cheap-looking stand (If one day they sell interchangeable side panels, I hope a more premium stand)

It is too early to judge. But the combination with the right TV is a massacre

Goods in perfect state
Confusing lack of communication on launch day and the days prior to that.

Hell of a speed
Absolutely silent operation even under heavy, multi-hour load
Dualsense is truly nextgen - there is no better controller!
Design
There could be more space, but this will eventually be solved by an external SSD
