The parallel stop is NOT actually parallel, deviation up to 3 mm.
The spreader wedge is fixed in aluminium blocks which are connected by a steel screw = right when assembling the screw pulled off the aluminium threads!

the position of the ruler scale does not correspond to the actual cut - it is necessary to adjust it so that after setting e.g. a 1cm cut on the ruler was actually cut off 1cm. Fortunately, it can be adjusted with the screws under the rulers.
