When you need it, there's nothing to do but buy a reasonably expensive one.
But it's quiet, as long as it's not playing the fan doesn't spin at all.
Otherwise I was also replacing a seasonic but only 600w as the new GK required a 16 pin power supply.
I actually realized that the previous power supply is already in the PC for several upgrades! Which has been almost 10 years of complete satisfaction. And so that's why the trust in this brand.

I like Seasonic a lot and the power supply is great only this one is a bit outdated in terms of equipment.
It's pretty stupid when you buy this power supply for about 3500 and find out it doesn't have two 8 pin or 4 4 pin power branches for the cpu. All the new boards have it and even have a watchdog to see if you have it plugged in, so you have to buy a reducer. Interestingly, it has a thousand crowns cheaper power supply and it is from the same manufacturer.
The source itself is top-notch

The resource fulfills everything you expect from a resource. It has a sufficient number of cables for anyone who buys a power source in this price range. I would just maybe make only one 6+2 pin to the GPU and the other as a modular. After all, most of the cards are still 8-pin, and then the other branch of cables is unnecessarily fumbling around. Otherwise, great buy for the money.
