The hoover was used about 3 times. Now, on the third use, the “latch” that holds the hose in the hoover has broken. So now, you can still hoover, but the hose doesn't stay in the hoover and falls out while hoovering.
Perhaps I got a faulty piece, but it's disappointing that it lasted such a short time.

Lighter weight and smaller dimensions, a good hose,
The container is small; fibrous waste gets stuck and cannot be emptied; cleaning the container with water is more difficult.
I couldn’t find 5 filters

Hello, thank you for your suggestion, on the basis of which the supplier contacted us and would like to respond below.
"Hello, thank you for taking the time to review the vacuum cleaner. Regarding the five-stage filtration process, we would like to add that the first stage is provided by the main cyclone unit; the second stage consists of a removable coarse-particle filter, which forms part of the cyclone unit; the third stage is the inlet HEPA filter located upstream of the motor unit, into which a dark foam filter is inserted, serving as the fourth stage, and the final, fifth stage is the outlet EPA filter. Sincerely Sencor"
Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of need. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert
