It feels really high-quality, makes great coffee (of course, it still depends mostly on what beans you put in it), is easy to clean, and I like the way it draws milk straight from the carton. If you have the space for it in your kitchen (or wherever you want to put it) and are looking to upgrade from, say, a pod coffee machine, don't hesitate, you'll definitely be happy.
