The problem is the technical design of the brewing unit, where the coffee delivery hose to the nozzle bends and restricts flow, which increases pressure and causes a "blowout" of the coffee puck all over the inside of the coffee machine – this is already a fairly well-known issue. It can be resolved by replacement, but again, only temporarily.
