We were looking for a reliable automatic coffee machine that was easy to maintain and the Siemens EQ.500 has met our expectations 100%. The grinding is surprisingly quiet, and the coffee is strong and rich enough. The milk tube system is brilliantly simple to clean – you just need to rinse it and it's done. A great balance of price, performance and drink quality.

My first coffee machine and I'm thrilled with it. Simple touch controls, the coffee machine is quiet and has a good selection of coffee types. I definitely wouldn't change it. Tried it right after buying and for me, the coffee is better than from a café.

Quiet, quick and the coffee from it is excellent.
There's no milk container - you just put the little tube straight into the milk carton.
Makes a great foam that lasts a long time
Compact for how powerful it is.
To empty the water drip tray, you have to open the entire unit.
