Surprisingly quiet running at its price.
It is practically inaudible in the box under the table.
It takes patience to catch the fan with a pair of metal rods in the heat sink.

It manages to cool well and overclocked the i7-4790k
I would welcome a fan with a lower maximum speed so that one does not have to deal with regulation. Unfortunately, when it goes to about 1400+ revolutions, it becomes a rocket, and I am not able to register its operation until about 1200rpm in a soundproof cabinet.

The AMD FX-8350 holds temperatures up to 40-50 ° C when playing
At rest 15 ° C
The cooler is fine, but the fan is sitting on my frames.
