Quite enough for the i7 9700 but definitely do not expect 50 degrees, I have when playing around 75 degrees after adjusting the fan speeds in the bios and reducing the processor voltage to 1.26 degrees.
Unfortunately, after four days of using my fan bearing, I will have to buy another fan, because the complaint would be too complicated (I don' t want to take it off, the birth was there to get it)
