So far, I have never had a product shipped to me that didn't work, so obviously I fell for the wrong piece. I hope grandma lives to see a new sewing machine.
The machine is nice, unfortunately that's all I can say.
The purchased product did not work, did not respond. I had it as a gift for my 85-year-old grandmother.
Alza settled the complaint with a repair, but I didn't want a repaired machine, I was buying a new one and wanted a new machine for her.
So far without any response, I have neither the machine nor the money and it's been over a month.
At the moment it looks like the machine is being offered as an unboxed item, at least next time I know I won't be buying these products.

Unfortunately, more than half a year after the purchase, my partner unpacked the sewing machine from the box and discovered that all the accessories and the Czech instructions were missing. The only lucky thing was that the compatible accessories came from an older sewing machine.
Missing accessories
Lack of Czech instructions

The package does not contain a single coil. They are to be included in 3pcs.

For the price, I have to say, great. It has all the necessary functions, making it the perfect helper for households. Quiet operation, easy threading, especially the lower bobbin is great. For others, it can be a horror. One for me. Just Singer, a pretty good brand for a number of years.
