you do not need anything more luxurious or additional tools for crimping RJ45
it also has a lock in the closed position for easier transport and storage

Great thing for creating a home network. In the worst case, it can also be used as a hammer: )

Although cheap pliers, but if you do not pull 100km of cable, it will be perfect for covering the necessary infrastructure in the apartment every week.
As others write, sometimes the connector ' clicks' incorrectly into place and it happens that when pressed, the ' tongue' bends too hard to hold the connector in place. All I had to do was bend him a little to sleep and show off

I've never held a bigger piece of rubbish in my life
The whole thing bends in a strange way
They don't cut through contacts 1 and 2, and contact 8 gets stuck, making the connector non-functional.
I made about 10 connectors and then the whole thing went bust.

Normal pliers: the blades are sharp, the gap for pulling the insulation just right, the crimping mechanism itself works ok. The only weakness is the small safety, which sometimes fits into the counter position so stupidly that it has to be pulled out from behind the perovac wire: but it's not a crisis.
Price
Oddly designed safety sometimes inadvertently blocks the pliers
