The sound can be tweaked/changed a lot for each individual need in the SteelSeries GG app. So people's reviews where they write: "Sound at the level of headphones for 1000kč" is nonsense, it is "playing" with it! Instantly switch and connect to BT from 2.4GHz and back! Perfect, quick! The microphone has a great feature - ClearCast AI Noise Cancellation.

easy connection
robust construction
perfect microphone sound

The USB-C dongle is quite wide, so if you have two USB-C ports close together, you can't put anything next to the dongle for these headphones

For 2 379 CZK I am completely satisfied. I have no previous experience with gaming headsets, but I am satisfied with the sound, compatibility, processing and application. I'll just clarify some reviews describing being uncomfortable hearing your surroundings. This is only true when you are actively using the microphone, where the sound of your voice is partly transmitted directly to the headphones so that you can hear yourself.

Huge disappointment, sound = Tesco Headphones. The microphone's really shit. Headphones for this money should at least sound decent. Tested on PS5. I don't recommend it.!

I absolutely don't get the great reviews. I wanted to invest a bit in better headphones, to be comfortable, good sound, from a quality manufacturer, with low complaint. Apart from the headphone design, though, it's an absolute tragedy. It sounds terrible and the low complaint rate may be because everyone returns it right away. For some reason, headphones at this price level don't have noise cancellation, so you hear every sound, like machine fans or the movement of your hair. I'm not talking about the fact that it completely randomly mutes the sound, maybe for a while, but it's annoying. I'm returning it immediately. He's really not worth the money.
Comfortable headphone design
They are lightweight
Does not have noise canceling
Very intensive sound transmission from outside
Headphone-like sound at a third of the price

If you want to make firmware upgrade you should have use the original type C cable. That cause a mess. Its not a big deal.
