If you're looking for a stem mount, this isn't it. Due to the width of the sleeve, it can only be used on handlebars. Two plastic locking rings for different diameters are included. I had to mount without them (thick handlebars) - it still holds like crazy. Even in the field, the phone won't budge in its silicone case. The bracket can also be mounted 90 degrees rotated.
