Foldable (can be erected in height).
Easy maintenance - the plates can be removed and washed in the dishwasher.
It can be used as a flip grill or expanded to a large grill plate.
It tends to open when placed in a vertical position.

Large, powerful, can be opened flat, cooking surfaces can be separated and washed separately, Teflon surfaces overhang the edges so no crumbs fall into the grill, drainage troughs for juices on both surfaces, adjustable thermostat.
there is no lock, when inserting a bun or baguette, they slip out, they have to be wrapped outside the grill and it is also harder to take out of the shelf, because it can open unexpectedly. I could use a switch.

A great advantage is the removable grill surfaces, which are very easy to wash. Also, the 3 degree temperature control is a plus.

I've only had it a few days, I'm in the testing phase. So far great satisfaction, meets expectations. Fast heating, cooking times much shorter than the manual, easy handling, easy cleaning. The dripping into a separate bowl suits me, the other negatives, such as the short supply, the lack of a switch and temperature indicator or the impossibility of continuous regulation I take as a tax for the price/performance ratio. Despite these minor defects I recommend the product.
Lack of locking. Storing it upright is supposed to be an advantage of this product, but if you don't lean it against something, it's virtually impossible - it opens up. Even carrying is impractical for this reason.
