Working with it is great, only I have to keep it at full temperature all the time, even after a slight reduction the temperature is insufficient, but it doesn't matter. The fries take twice as long as the instructions, but otherwise OK.

Excellent, except for one small thing
the temperature of the oil is higher in the front than the rest, so it would be water tight to also have two cutouts on the back of the basket for the basket holder so that the basket can be rotated 180 degrees to heat the material in the basket more evenly. we can make automatic oil mixing more complicated by design
