Careful on nails and any sharp objects, use talcum powder to keep the belt from sticking.

Thera-band is guaranteed quality
The rubber comes powdered, which is good for its durability (this is not a defect)

For the rehabilitation of the elderly, red has a sufficient max. resistance
Unlike the greens, of which we have two in the family, they don't smell

The rubber itself is great, but it snapped twice during one workout. If it had lasted longer, I would have bought it again, but now I'm looking for another one.
Super hardness and resistance, beautifully heavy in a shortened grip
After a couple of exercises, it snapped, which seems pretty soon for the money
