I switched from 14T Pro. In two ways it made a huge amount of sense - cameras (especially telephoto) are a world away. The pictures are really great, I'm enjoying taking pictures again! A significant improvement over the 14T Pro, which, while it shoots well in the base, its telephoto lens was unusable for both scenery and macro. The 17T Pro may not be the best photomobile on the market, but it gives the experience a taste. The battery life per charge is such that it's virtually impossible to wear out your phone in a day, and even if you only leave the charging on up to 80% to protect the battery, you have enough juice for a full day. I.e. You can easily go between a healthy range of 20-80% and most of the time the 60% will be plenty. 100 W is in a completely different league compared to the competition (Samsung, Apple), but compared to the 14T Pro, which can even do 120 W, it's a downgrade. The display is fine, it boasts a bunch of eye protection certifications, but it's a quid pro quo. It's certainly great on the eyes, but the colours are less saturated and contrasting (so called. "washed") and the white is not completely white, which stands out especially when I put the 17T Pro next to the 14T Pro, whose display is simply much more attractive. The announced 1nit brightness sounds cool in the ads, but try squinting at it at night for a while to see if you can see anything. And if so, how long can you endure it without getting a headache? Fortunately, this can be tweaked in the settings. But Xiaomi (not only this model) does not have automatic backlighting. At night, the display is extremely (! ) dark, but sometimes it is dark enough for my taste even during the day, e.g. sitting under the pergola. The cell phone assesses that it's dark, but the opposite is true. The displays themselves have been so well developed over the last five years that you really don't expect any wow effect. The display is simply perfect, as with all mobiles in this price category. Too bad he doesn't have LTPO. The fingerprint reader is only optical, which is a bit of a shame in this category. It works faster than the 14T Pro (it was borderline usable there), but the qualities of an ultrasonic reader are just somewhere else. Summing up: Upgrading from the 14T Pro and anything worse makes sense. Moreover, the introductory action is absolutely irresistible. When you subtract the VAT, the introductory discount, the redemption bonus and the price of the scooter at 7k, it's basically a steal!
