normal weight, that's what it works for
After 3 months of use with absolute lifestyle change, regular strength training, visible muscle gain and centimeter loss, the scale shows absolutely no change in any of the measured items
Don't buy, it absolutely does not work, gives irrelevant outputs, will only demotivate you

Quick installation on your phone
It weighs as it should.
Fragile weighing surface. If you have small children, be careful. We already lost one 😀

Weighs
The scale app still wants to pair and wants to collect all the data from the phone including credit card information, friends, etc... 🙈
Often it happens that on two consecutive weighings they weigh up to kg differently

It doesn't work with the Mi Fitness app and forces you to install another fitness app, so I would have to have one xiaomi app that can connect with the watch but not the scale and a second app that can't do my type of watch but can do the scale. They both measure steps and can't be turned off. Returned for this reason. If I can't have everything in one and connected, there are far better scales on the market.

Update 10.2024 - there are problems with the scale to put it in the app and to record data in apple health. I wouldn't buy one anymore, I wanted something simple - stand up, weigh, calculate, enter into the app and it will link it from apple health, unfortunately only problems.
Wonderful design
shows the weight
pairing with the app and apple health
cheap plastic
the app looks horrible
does not show measurements, etc. on the scale but only in the app

The scale easily connects to your mobile phone. It has a nice design and simple operation. On the other hand, the measurement accuracy is not ideal.
Possibility to connect to the phone
Ease of use
Lovely design
