All in all, after a week of use, I probably wouldn't buy them again. The charging cable was gone before I could test it properly. The first charge was ok, then the cable gave pa, goodbye and the scarf and its functions went back to China. The declared battery life of 12 days is the maximum from a good sci-fi movie. I guess the manufacturer meant that since you won't use any of the functions and you only have it primarily for timekeeping. Then I believe the 12 days will be just right.
For me, 3 stars, and only because of the activities, time keeping (timer) and watch. I'm thinking, good old Band 2.

First charging the watch OK, then the charging cable gave me a goodbye and a scarf and ran off to somewhere back to China I guess.
If I didn't have another cable from Haylou Solar that a friend uses, I wouldn't charge the bracelet like that.
Battery life not much. I'm sure the 12 days the manufacturer claims is excessive.

Given my satisfaction with the Xiaomi Watch S1 and Xiaomi Redmi Watch, especially with a battery life of more than a week, I expected similar parameters for the Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro. Especially with the same claimed battery life. Unfortunately, with similar settings, the battery life is 10x lower. So a little more than 28 hours, at most we got to less than 2 days. Maybe it's just a defective piece. Unfortunately, this bracelet was severely misplaced by the manufacturer.

The watch is beautiful to look at and relatively well made with lots of sports modes. But the list of positives ends there. I am absolutely disappointed and am returning the watch and will probably go back to the new Mii band. The Mii fitness app is an absolute horror. It can't connect a personal scale, it's truncated compared to the Zepp Life. Importing data from the watch is mostly not working, you can't see half of the measurements in the app. But any measurements on a watch are more of a lottery anyway as they are inaccurate. Even with some continuous measurements turned off, the battery lasts barely 3 days and not the claimed week. Overall, you won't encounter many of the features mentioned in the lessons. And when it does, the app tells you that the service is unavailable in that region. This watch is the first product from Xiaomi which is really disappointing for me. And I've tried a few. The price-performance ratio is really not worth it.
