The Velcro that holds the cloth peeled off with the cloth after the first wiping
The reservoir is fixed, you have to dilute the mixture with a watering can or PET bottle
When you get a clog in the tank, the mop starts leaking solidly and there's a flood everywhere.
The reservoir does not snap back on without completely disassembling the mop
