Good price/performance ratio.
Nice design.
Good sound quality.
Good microphone sensitivity.
The arch doesn't seem as solid as it looks at first glance - it leans out a lot.
I'm missing at least one function button.

Price/quality
good bass
the microphone is small and thus neither interferes with the view nor
not in the way
volume up and down
the microphone is not so good but for the price
sufficient
the headphones are heavier
doesn't fit so well on the ears
it does not leak sound from outside and inside, thus the microphone records what you hear in the headphones.
