Gore-Tex je speciální druh membrány, která se používá v kombinaci s odolnými textiliemi. Vzniká tak velice odolný materiál, který nachází své využití nejen při výrobě bot, ale třeba i u bund, kalhot, apod. Materiál Gore-Tex se chlubí trvalou nepromokavostí a vysokou odolností vůči mrazu, přičemž si stále zachovává svoji prodyšnost.
