Marketing campaign "Summer sale"

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1. The trading company Alza.cz a.s., Co. Reg. No. 27082440, VAT Reg. No. CZ27082440, with its registered office at Jankovcova 1522/53, CZ-170 00, Praha 7, registered in the Commercial Register with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File No. 8573 (hereinafter referred to as "Alza") from 00:01 on June 28, 2021 to 23:59 on July 25, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "Event time") a marketing campaign called "Summer sale" (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign") hereby sets out the terms and conditions of the Campaign, available at www.alza.cz/EN/sale, where Alza has launched an advertising offer on Czech TV and radio stations in connection with this campaign.
2. Alza highlights the fact that this Campaign is also a subject to the advertising communication conditions that Alza presents at www.alza.cz/EN/sale.
3. As part of the Campaign, Alza offers selected goods at a discount price that the customer can buy, but has no legal claim, and these terms are not a binding offer or a public offer to conclude a contract.
4. The current assortment of the goods offered within the Campaign is available at www.alza.cz/EN/sale.
DEFINITION
1. Alza provides a discount on the goods listed on the www.alza.cz/EN/sale website within the Campaign. These are goods that Alza has in stock at the time the Campaign begins, and only until the end of the Campaign, until stocks last at the latest.
2. Alza notes that the offer of the goods included in this Campaign may change.
3. In addition, Alza uses the term "availability" in the Campaign to determine which goods belong in the Campaign and when will they become available, i.e. when the customer will be able to order them at the price specified in the Campaign. The customer acknowledges that Alza only has the specified number of goods in question, and that the customer can only receive one (1) piece of the specific product in one order, and that it is essential that the customer confirms the order while Alza has the goods in stock.
4. Alza notes that the discounts in the Campaign are calculated from the original price of the goods. The original price is the price of the good/service/license for which Alza offers the good/service/license without taking into account any possible bonuses, marketing campaigns to promote the sales, and other discount actions on the eshop, or a price recommended by the manufacturer or distributor, while the price displayed will be the one that reflects the price level of the product on the market.
ORDER
1. When ordering the goods offered in the Campaign, you must comply with the Alza terms and conditions and the terms of this Campaign.
2. The goods in the campaign can be purchased no earlier than when the countdown timer ends which indicates when the sale of the item starts.
3. The discount, or the good in the Campaign at a discounted price, is conditioned by the completion of the order, not just by adding the item into the shopping cart, and the proper payment of the order, while no other Alza price advantages or discounts can be used within the Campaign.
4. The customer acknowledges that if the order of the goods offered in the Campaign is not complete within ten (10) minutes from placing the goods in the basket, then the order is automatically canceled.
FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Alza has no responsibility for the speed or data transmission over the Internet.
2. Alza declares that it is not responsible for the errors caused by the transmission of electronic messages.
3. Alza reserves the right to change the Campaign terms and conditions or cancel the Campaign.
4. The participant is not entitled to a compensations of the costs associated with participating in the Campaign.
5. The terms and conditions of this Campaign become effective on the day they are declared.
