TDM Neo – v takomto vyhotovení sme to ešte nevideli. Jednoduché otočenie vďaka mechanizmu „twist‑to‑transform“ premení slúchadlá na reproduktor, a to v priebehu sekúnd. A ak chcete, hudba smerujúca do vašich uší sa plynule zmení na zdieľanú s okolím. Je to trochu nezvyčajné, no zároveň prekvapivo praktické. Výstredný „gimmick“, alebo naozaj užitočné zariadenie.

Na trhu nová spoločnosť TDM (tzn. Tomorrow Doesn't Matter) predstavila na veľtrhu CES 2026 hybrid slúchadiel a reproduktorov.
TDM Neo – otočenie do režimu reproduktora a výdrž batérie
TDM Neo vyzerajú ako obyčajné bluetooth slúchadlá a na prvý pohľad nijako nevyčnievajú. Stačí ich však jednoducho otočiť pomocou mechanizmu „twist‑to‑transform“ a okamžite sa premenia na malý prenosný reproduktor – ideálny v situáciách, keď sa chcete o svoju hudbu podeliť.
Osobne si podobných prípadov veľmi predstaviť neviem, no som si istý, že sa nájde menšia skupina ľudí, ktorú takáto možnosť zaujme. Slúchadlá majú spolu štyri 40 mm meniče – dva smerujúce dovnútra na použitie vo forme slúchadiel a dva smerujúce von na použitie ako reproduktora.
Pri súkromnom počúvaní vydržia pôsobivých 200 hodín, no v režime reproduktora je výdrž výrazne nižšia – približne 10 hodín. Slúchadlá však disponujú používateľsky vymeniteľnými batériami. To majiteľovi otvára možnosť nielen dlhoročného používania, ale v závislosti od náročnosti výmeny môže táto funkcia výrazne predĺžiť ich celkovú životnosť.

Aplikácie TDM Neo a nastavenie
V aplikácii si budete môcť vybrať, čo sa stane po prechode zo slúchadiel na reproduktor a naopak. V predvolenom nastavení je aktivovaný plynulý prechod hudby z jedného režimu do druhého, no môžete si zvoliť aj to, aby sa po otočení mechanizmom „twist‑to‑transform“ hudba vypla, pozastavila alebo aby hrala iba v režime reproduktora.

Pár vecí na záver
Má to však aj nevýhodu – TDM Neo nemajú žiadne ANC, takže sa budete musieť spoľahnúť na pasívne odhlučnenie, ktoré poskytujú penové náušníky. To, či bude dostatočné, je už vec osobného názoru. O pripojenie sa postará Bluetooth 6 s podporou multipoint a Auracast, prípadne 3,5 mm jack. TDM Neo však najskôr musia prejsť crowdfundingovou kampaňou na Kickstarteri. Ak vám slúchadlá prídu zaujímavé, môžete ich podporiť predobjednávkou.
TDM Neo sú bezpochyby netradičné slúchadlá, ktoré mieria na špecifické publikum. Podobné funkcie už bolo možné vidieť, nie však v takejto podobe. Povedal by som, že ich najväčšou prednosťou bude jednoduchosť skladania, kvalita zvuku – či už do uší, alebo smerom von – a taktiež vysoká výdrž batérie. Tá sa môže v závislosti od náročnosti výmeny jej článku ešte predĺžiť. Ak bude všetko podporené kvalitnou aplikáciou, môžeme sa pozerať na zaujímavý a netradičný produkt.
