„Weeks with brands“
1. Introductory provisions
a) Trading company Alza.cz a.s., ID 27082440, Tax ID CZ27082440, with registered office in Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/53, 170 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Entry 8573 (hereinafter referred to as „Alza“) organizes in the period from 00:01 on May 24th, 2021 till June 27th, 2021 until 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the „Event Period”) marketing campaign called „Weeks with brands“ (hereinafter referred to as the „Campaign”) and hereby sets out the rules and conditions of the Campaign, which are available on the website http://www.alza.cz/EN/brand-weeks/18877365.htm.
b) Alza draws attention to the fact that this Campaign is also subject to the conditions for advertising, which Alza states on the https://www.alza.cz/EN/reklama-art10652.htm.
2. CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING DISCOUNT
a) As part of the Campaign, Alza provides a discount on selected goods of brands De´Longhi, Hoover, ETA, Tefal, Rowenta. Each calendar week of the Campaign from Monday 0.01 of the respective week to Sunday 23:59 of the respective week a discount will be provided for selected products of one of the named brands (brand of the week), namely:
- 24.5.2021 - 30.5.2021 a 15% discount will be provided on selected automatic coffee machines of the brand De´Longhi;
- 31.5.2021 – 6.6.2021 a 15%* discount will be provided on selected appliances of the brand Hoover *the discount was changed from 20% to 15%;
- 7.6.2021 – 13.6.2021 a 20% discount will be provided on selected appliances of the brand ETA;
- 14.6.2021 – 20.6.2021 a 20% discount will be provided on selected appliances and dishes of the brand Tefal;
- 21.6.2021 – 27.6.2021 a 20% discount will be provided on selected appliances of the brand Rowenta;
(hereinafter referred to as the „Goods“).
b) Goods included in the respective week in the Campaign will always be listed on the page http://www.alza.cz/EN/brand-weeks/18877365.htm marked with a discount code in the lower part of each product. The discount is provided with a code for a specific brand of the week. You can find the code and the amount of the discount directly on the detail of the specific Goods included in the Campaign and the amount of the discount is also indicated on the upper part of website http://www.alza.cz/EN/brand-weeks/18877365.htm, where the Goods of the brand of the week is listed during the respective week.
c) The discount is provided based on the use of the code during the order process. For each order it is possible to use only one code. The code may be used repeatedly. The number of the pieces of the Goods bought during the Campaign is limited by the stocks of Alza only.
d) These are the goods that Alza has in stock at the time of the beginning of the Campaign. The offer will only continue until the end of the Campaign or while stock lasts, whichever comes first. For the other goods listed on this page that do not have a discount code the discount is not applied.
e) Alza reserves the right to change the offer during the Campaign.
f) Alza notes that the discounts in the Campaign are calculated from the „original”. The “original price” refers to the price for which the goods/services/licences in question were originally offered in Alza’s e-shop or the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, excluding any bonuses, promotions, special offers or other discounts; the latter being at all times displayed alongside the selling price, which better reflects the product’s market price level.
3. ORDER
a) When ordering Goods offered in the Campaign, it is necessary to proceed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Alza and with these conditions of the Campaign.
b) Provision of the discount, ie. the Goods in the Campaign at the discounted price, is conditioned by the proper completion of the order, not just placing of the Goods in the basket, and proper payment of the order.
c) Discount provided for Goods in Campaign may not be combined with any other discounts or other price advantages provided by Alza or which may be applied on Alza. Applying a discount within the Campaign to Goods that are included in the Campaign and were discounted by Alza before the start of the Campaign is not excluded.
4. FINAL PROVISIONS
a) Alza declares that it is not responsible for errors in the transmission of electronic messages.
b) Alza reserves the right to change the conditions of the Campaign and, if necessary, to cancel the Campaign.
c) The participant is not entitled to reimbursement of costs associated with participation in the Campaign. Alza expressly states that the discount or Free delivery eventually provided with the Goods cannot be cashed, nor even due to the return of the Goods. The Campaign Participant who returns the goods is not entitled to any compensation, except for the reimbursement of the price actually paid for the goods.
d) Alza reserves the right to exclude participant from the Campaign whose:
- do not fulfill the conditions of the Campaign;
- use a card for which they are not the authorized holder;
- will act in violation of the law and/or good morals and/or will commit fraud in connection with the Campaign;
- shall provide false or incomplete information in the Campaign.
In the event of exclusion of the Participant, such Participant is not entitled to compensation for costs or damage that may arise.
e) These Campaign Rules take effect on the day they are announced.
