AlzaBox makes claims simple — both ways!
Now you can not only file warranty claims through the AlzaBox but also pick up exchanged or repaired items!
The lockers aren’t expandable and the maximum package size you can place into an AlzaBox is 43 × 33 × 57 cm. We’ll automatically open a locker sized for your item, but if it doesn’t fit by any chance, you have the option to open a larger locker. If your package is larger, bring it to any Alza store or send it via a courier service. For more information, see the article Service at Alza.cz.
You don’t need to worry about any additional costs. The only thing you’ll spend is your time and we’ve minimised that too — you’ll spend no more than half a minute at the box.
Most AlzaBox users appreciate their flexibility, as they can pick up their parcels whenever they want. The same convenience applies when returning items or filing a claim.
