Photon Therapy Function

Photon therapy is a supplementary function of cosmetic electrostimulators that utilizes light energy for skin care. During this process, the device emits so-called photons, which are the elementary particles of light, most commonly through LED diodes. Light of different colors has distinct wavelengths, allowing it to penetrate various layers of the skin and act on cells. For instance, red light is often used to stimulate collagen production, which can contribute to skin firming and the reduction of fine wrinkles. Blue light is known for its antibacterial effects and is applied in the care of problematic, acne-prone skin. Green light, in turn, can help to even out skin tone and alleviate pigmentation spots. This function thus expands the device's capabilities to include targeted treatment of specific skin problems.
