Roller Massage

Roller massage is a type of massage performed by movable massage heads, referred to as rollers. These rollers move along certain parts of the body, most commonly the back, neck, or feet, applying pressure to the muscles. Their movement mimics classic massage techniques, such as kneading or rubbing, and sometimes also simulates specific massage styles, for example, the Japanese "Shiatsu" massage. This contributes to the relief of muscle tension and improved blood circulation in the tissues.
