Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a specific electrostimulator program that uses electrical impulses with such a frequency and intensity that they penetrate deeper into the muscle tissue. Unlike superficial stimulation, it targets the relaxation of deeply located muscles and their tension. This type of stimulation helps to release stiff areas, so-called "trigger points", which are small painful nodules in the muscles. The program is suitable for regeneration after physical exertion or for relief from chronic muscle stiffness, typically in the back, shoulders, or thighs. Perceptually, it can be a more intense sensation than with regular massage programs, resembling tapping or pulsing inside the muscle.
