Face Detection

Face detection is a technology in cameras and mobile phones that can automatically find and identify human faces within the frame. It uses software that analyzes the image and searches for characteristic features within it, such as the arrangement of eyes, nose, and mouth. When the camera finds a face, it usually marks it with a frame on the display. Based on this information, the device then automatically adjusts the focus and exposure, which is the setting for the brightness of the shot. The goal is for the people in the photograph to be sharp and correctly lit, even if they are not in the center of the scene.
