Dobrý den,dnes nám přišla pračka.Objednávali jsme s domněním že menu je české tak jak uvádíte ve fotogalerii u produktu.Byli jsme zaskočeni anglickým menu.

Dobrý den, chci se zeptat, jestli je u této pračky normální, že po doprání nesměřuje otvor bubnu vzhůru ale je nutné jej manuálně otočit.

Dobrý den mám dva dotazy. 1, je pračka koupena na internetu dne 30.12.2017 a není možné ji vrátit do 14 dní od zakoupení ( zboží nelze vrátit ) 2, dotaz zní proč pračka nebere vodu z uzávěru a displei ukazuje, že není voda ( vše z mé strany je v pořádku ) Nemá náhodou pračka ještě pojistku na vodu. Předem děkuji moc za odpověď.

Dobrý den, chtěl bych se zeptat jak je myšlená prodloužená záruka o dva roky a v objednávce se mi nabízí další prodloužení záruky za úplatu (1 rok cca 778,- Kč 2 roky 1169,- Kč a 3 roky 1555 Kč). Selským rozumem bych to chápal dva roky ze zákona, plus dva roky prodloužená, celkem tedy čtyři roky. Chápu to dobře? Máte někdo zkušenost? Aby to nebylo dva roky prodloužená, ale zaplať si to. :-) Děkuji za reakce. Petr
