Dobrý den, k zakoupené čtečce jsem zakoupil nová sluchátka na USC-C port, ale po připojení nejdou spárovat - hlásí : "Připojte drátová sluchátka s použitím adaptéru USB Typu C, nebo spárujte ..." Zkontroloval jsme a sluchátka fungují s jakýmkoliv USB C zařízením - telefonem. Zároveň při použití bezdrátových sluchátek, byl stále problém s odpojováním sluchátek - přes bluethooth nepoužitelné. Poporsím o návrh řešení, zda je to chybný model a mám rho u Vás reklamovat a nebo se jedná o jiný problém. Děkuji za rychlou odpověď.

Pred tromi dnami som si kupil tuto citacku. A dnes som si vsimol, ze mi obrazovka zacala preblikovat na cierno. Viem, ze pri citani knihy je to normale, ze sa obnovuje obrazovka co sa da aj v nastaveniach nastavit ci je to po piatych stranach, desiatych alebo vobec. Ale mne obrazovka preblikne aj v nastaveniach alebo aj v kniznici. Tak neviem ci je to normalne alebo je to na reklamaciu. Tak ak mate niekto takuto skusenost tak budem rad ked sem napisete. Dakujem

Dobrý den, při spuštění audioknihy čtečka nevidí sluchátka připojená přes redukci PremiumCord (KU31ZVUK01) nebo redukci ST-NHA01 (SmartChoice - CHINA) Četl jsem si zde v diskusi příspěvek o zabudovaném DAC převodníku....nicméně doporučení JAKOU redukci si mám koupit jsem nenašel, nevím jaké redukce jsou bez převodníku... Dobrý den, při spuštění audioknihy čtečka nevidí sluchátka připojená přes redukci PremiumCord (KU31ZVUK01) nebo redukci ST-NHA01 (SmartChoice - CHINA) Četl jsem si zde v diskusi příspěvek o zabudovaném DAC převodníku....nicméně doporučení JAKOU redukci si mám koupit jsem nenašel, nevím jaké redukce jsou bez převodníku... Děkuji za odpověď a radu.
