  1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
    1. Trading company Alza.cz a.s., IČ 27082440, DIČ CZ27082440, headquarters Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/53, PSČ 170 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, insert 8573, (hereinafter „Alza“) organizes the deadline from 00:00 on the 16. 5. 2015 until 23:59 on the 17. 5. 2015 (hereinafter „time frame“) marketing campaign called „Black Friday“ (hereinafter „Campaign“) and this establishes the rules and conditions of the campaign, which are available on the website www.alzashop.com/blackfriday, Alza launched in the context of this campaign advertising offensive on Czech TV and radio stations.
    2. Alza draws attention to the fact that even in this campaign is subject to conditions for the advertising communication Alza stated on the website.
    3. Within the campaign Alza offers selected products at the best prices in the market, which the customer can buy, but which are not legally entitled and these conditions constitute a binding offer nor a public offer for a contract.
    4. The current range of products offered under the campaign is available on the website www.alzashop.com/blackfriday.
  2. DEFINITIONS
    1. Alza campaign has used the term "best price on the market", which refers to the moment the campaign started, ie. From 00:00 on 16. 5. 2015, when the Alza price offered is compared with conventional Czech comparative price.
    2. Alza offers the best price for the goods in stock from the start of the campaign, and only during the campaign, but not after the moment when supplies of such goods sell out. 
    3. Alza use the term "accessibility" in the campaign, stating which goods are in the campaign and when they become available, ie. When a customer is able to purchase at the price specified in the campaign, and the customer acknowledges that Alza offers only the specified number of the goods and that the customer can purchase in the campaign, only one (1) piece of the privileged goods per order, the decisive is to confirm the order of the goods until Alza has in stock.

  3. ORDERS

    2. Alza declares that it is not liable for errors caused during transmission of electronic messages.
    3. Alza reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign and possibly cancel the campaign.
    4. Subscriber shall not be entitled to reimbursement of costs associated with participation in the campaign.
    5. These rules become effective on the date of their publication.
