Use all of the offered functions which we have invented for your comfort – Favourite item, availability of products etc.

• Finding out if the product is in store
You can find basic information about the availability of product or the date of delivery in thumbnail preview as well as in the detail of the product: 

This information is valid at the date and time which is displayed at the lower left section of our web pages. Usually these basic information are updated in a time period no longer than 20 minutes.

• Availability – what means "In store", "On the way" …?
“In store“ – goods that are available in our store – that means goods which are physically present in our store and can be collected at once. We do not display stock of our suppliers or a fictional stock as do other suppliers. Simply you don’t have to wait another minute and the goods are yours. You can receive your goods in 5 hours anywhere in the area of Prague or the second day in all Czech Republic if you choose the delivery method Courier! In the next point you will find detailed information about finding out the quantity of goods in store.
"On the way“ – goods are already ordered from producer / supplier and will soon be in our store. You will easily find out the expected date of delivery by clicking on „?“ in the detail of the product you are interested in. In the next point you will find detailed information about how to find out when the goods will be delivered.

• How can I find out if the selected goods are in store in the quantity I want?
Choose goods you are interested in. Write the quantity in the box in the lower right corner of the product in the thumbnail preview (1) and then press "?“ (1). Available quantity of the product will be displayed on the right side (2) – information about the status of the order fulfilment is always actual.

 

What is "Your Favourites"?
This function is available only for logged in users! You can add your frequently purchased products in your Favourites list so that next time you don’t have to look up the product again. Apart from your private data and information about your orders you will find your whole list of favourite items after logging in.

 

How to add / remove items from "Your Favourites"?
You have the possibility of adding any product to "Your Favourites“ in the products details. Just click on the tick symbol and the product will be added to "Your Favourites“.

 

Removing an item from "Your Favourites“ is really easy. After logging in click on "Your Favourites“.

 

Remove the chosen item from "Your Favourites“ by clicking on the cross symbol in the upper right corner of the item. 

• Choosing a product according to its price
In every product category you can display only those goods which price with VAT included fall within a certain price range. Just choose the "Price Range“ from the pull-down menu.

• Related categories
For easier orientation in our wide variety of products are the typical „Related to“ products (e.g. for cameras - cases, camera stands and batteries) not displayed under the category camera. You can more easily focus on selecting the product and then select the accessories subsequently.

 

You can easily switch between these "Related to“ categories. Similar table will be displayed if you choose for example the category "Cases“. The whole time you see to what product does the currently displayed accessories belong and you can comfortably choose the desired complements.
