Order from Alza.hu in the usual way. When choosing the delivery method, select the AlzaDrive pickup point option.
Wait for the confirmation SMS
Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you a text message to confirm, and you can go pick up your order.
Come to the AlzaDrive
Once you arrive, enter your order number at the first station, and if you haven't paid for your order yet, you can do so here using your payment card. Don't forget to pick up your receipt.
Pick up your order
When your order is ready to be picked up, proceed to the second station and conveniently pick up your order.
Can I complain about goods at the branch?
Yes, we accept complaints at the branch and will be happy to help you replace non-functional goods. You can file a complaint online here or directly at the branch via a self-service kiosk. Don' t forget to bring your proof of purchase or order number with you.
